How Much Does Therapy Cost?

Individual Session: 1 Hour - $165 - Longer sessions available at a pro-rated rate

Reduced Fee Rates: I do offer reduced rates on a limited basis to those unable to afford the full fee. You can learn more about how reduced fee works here.

Insurance: I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum in Tennessee, Florida, and Utah only at this time. Learn more about using your insurance benefits here.

Out of Network Benefits: If you have an insurance I am not currently in network with and would like to seek reimbursement through your insurance’s Out of Network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a receipt with all the needed information, though can never guarantee you will receive reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Payment is due at the time of service. I am able to accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as HSAs. I do require a card on file through my portal to receive services.
